On the doorstep of the buzzing city centre and just one road away from the main high street, you’ll find our Cardiff office. The working culture and atmosphere here is just as lively and social as the city that surrounds it. So whether your career’s just kicking off or you’re keen to develop it further, our Cardiff office is an ideal place to learn and grow.
Full of ambition and anticipation, there’s a lot to smile about here. The collaborative, energetic nature is infectious and people across Sales, Sales Support and Customer Experience all work closely together to provide outstanding customer service. Open plan and fully equipped with a kitchenette, lounge areas, meeting rooms, a boardroom and hot desks, there’s plenty of room to accommodate visitors and build great working relationships.
When the teams aren’t busy making customers smile, they’re likely to be celebrating a birthday, enjoying a Friday get-together or taking part in a community charity or fundraising event. Most years, they dedicate their time and efforts to raising money for Children in Need. With its super central location on Greyfriars Road, you’ll find lots of places to eat, drink and enjoy nearby. Although there is no onsite parking, there are parking spots nearby, a local park and ride, two train stations a short walk away and good bus connections on the office’s doorstep.

With a picture-perfect landscape and a lively culture, Exeter is a great place to live and work. It’s also base for a number of our teams – from Change, Innovation and Operations (CIO) to Claims and New Business. With incredible career prospects, a great atmosphere and an onsite gym, it’s no surprise our people are smiling.

Not only can you get to know everyone but it’s also easy to collaborate with other departments and experience what they do. With Change, Innovation and Operations (CIO) based here, some of our most innovative, challenging work happens in Exeter – and sharing of ideas is really encouraged in an open, supportive culture. Teams often get together for training sessions in one of the dedicated training rooms or for a catch-up in the spacious glass atrium.
You’ll find us based in a business park just off the motorway and the office boasts great views over Exeter. When the weather’s not so great, you can grab a coffee, hang out in one of our breakout areas, enjoy our free WiFi or have a friendly game of table tennis with a work colleague. Based right in the town centre and surrounded by beautiful parkland and river, our Hitchin office offers the best of both worlds. With its stimulating environment and great support, you can enjoy a breadth of career opportunities all under one roof.
Over 400 of our friendly, hard-working Life and Pensions team are based in beautiful Hitchin. As well as the Sales and Service talents working here, there are Marketing people, IT Support people and a number of other smaller teams – all collaborating to go above and beyond for our customers. Our Life and Pensions business in Hitchin is made up of two office buildings, both open plan and sharing a sociable and supportive atmosphere. The facilities here are good and on lunch breaks, you’ll typically find team members in the LV= Bite restaurant which is famous for its special menus at different occasions throughout the year.
On sunnier days, the office is in the perfect central spot for a riverside lunchtime picnic, a wander around the nearby shops or a bite in one of the local cafes. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs in short walking distance where teams enjoy socialising together after a day/week at work. While parking is limited, there are coach and bus links close by and a main train station running a good line between Peterborough and London. As well as enjoying a fairly stress-free commute, you can be in central London in under half an hour. Based in Capital Tower, with an entrance to Waterloo Station providing easy access to underground and rail, commuting here is easy and working here is inspiring.
