You’ll fit right in here. Join us as an Apprentice Claims Resolution Handler and You’ll spend your time in our buzzy Ipswich office, on the phone dealing with innocent parties claims via their solicitor or insurer. You’ll take ownership of these claims from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible. You’ll use your initiative to resolve these claims with the best outcomes for our customers and our business.
You’ll carry out your initial training with a mix of virtual and office training. Following this - we’d like you to join us in the office for a minimum of 2 days a week. Hours include 8am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
