We’re looking for excellent communicators with top-notch customer service skills to join us in a number of roles across our Motor and Recovery teams. Whether you’re on the phone supporting our customers with their motor claims or speaking with third-party insurers to get the best outcome for them, we’ll look to you to take ownership of a variety of claims from start to finish. From problem-solving to negotiating, you’ll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our customers and our business – playing a vital role in helping people get back to a normal way of life.
What are we looking for?
Whether you’re straight out of school or ready for a career change, you’ll be right at home in our diverse, talented team. To join them, you’ll need to have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for outstanding customer service. Previous experience is great, but what’s more important is that you understand what good customer service looks like and have the attitude and work ethic to match. We’re looking for brilliant team players who can deal with challenging situations - so if you’re proactive, constructive and organised, we’d love to hear from you!
Working 35 hours per week , you’ll carry out your initial training from home. Following this - depending on government advice and allowance - we’d like you to join us in the office for a minimum of 2 days a week. Hours include 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday or 9am – 5pm on weekends and bank holidays. Currently, our Recovery Claims Handlers work one Saturday or Sunday in every three.
