We’re looking for friendly people to help our customers make claims on their home insurance policies. You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be answering calls and providing advice in a range of situations so you’ll need to be a great listener, adapting your style to get the best outcome for our customers. We’ll provide full training so no previous experience in claims is needed.

What will You Be Doing?
You’ll spend your time talking to our customers over the phone about their home insurance claims. You’ll take ownership of a variety of claims from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible. You’ll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our customers and our business.
You’ll spend most of your time working from home but will join us in one of our offices twice a week. Helping you achieve a good work-life balance is important to us and we are happy to discuss flexible working opportunities with you. We offer full time contracts at 35 hours a week. Our shifts span 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 4pm on Saturdays. Currently, our Claims Handlers work only one Saturday in every three and no Sundays or Bank Holidays required.
