We’re looking for people like you to join our motor insurance division as a Claims Handler, managing claims where our customers have had accidents abroad. This role is a Hybrid working role that is based in Ipswich.
The salary for this role is £21,600 for 35 hours per week and increases after successful probation
What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll spend your time dealing with customer and third party claims that have occurred across Europe. You’ll have your own caseload that you’ll manage from start to finish, looking after our customers best interest along with finding opportunities to manage and control claims spend.
You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for outstanding customer service, and you’ll also be an empathetic listener who can adapt your style to get the best outcome for your customers. Previous experience is great, but what’s more important is attitude, work ethic and great communications skills. We’re looking for brilliant team players, so if you’re proactive, constructive and organised, we’d love to hear from you
For the initial training you will work 9am-5pm on a hybrid pattern with a minimum of two days in the office. Following this, you’ll work 35 hours per week, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. Hours include 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

You will be required in the office a minimum of 2 days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days.
