We have a fantastic opportunity to join our family of accomplished people in the Broker Marketing team as a Multimedia Graphic Designer (B2B). The role is based at the Brentwood office with the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days a week. We adopt a flexible working environment with a focus on learning & development.
As part of the LV= Broker marketing team your role will be to create and deliver high quality multimedia graphic design creatives that supports our B2B marketing strategy and wider business in delivering engaging campaigns, content marketing, video, social media and events that educate, persuade, inform and build strong relationships with our internal and external audiences.

What are we looking for?
You will have a professional and can-do attitude with a true passion for creativity and design with a minimum of 5 years multimedia graphic design experience and Advanced level of full Adobe Creative Suite including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate (previously Flash), Premier Pro and After Effects.
You will have a proven track record of delivering high quality, creative and innovative designs with a superb eye for detail.
You will have experience in print management, filming and photography along with experience in 3D animation and rendering desirable.
You will have ability to build strong internal/external stakeholder relationships and confidence to take ownership of key responsibilities along with the organisation skills to carry out a number of tasks within tight deadlines, working in a pressurised and constantly changing environment.
What will you be doing?
Develop and deliver innovative creative designs and marketing collateral (print & digital), from initial concept to final artwork, that support the overall business strategy and are in line with the LV= Group values, brand and tone of voice.
Reinforce the consistent application of the LV= visual identity & brand guidelines and build relationships with key stakeholders in the business to ensure buy in and that outputs remain on brand.
Be a brand / creative champion and go to person within the broker business, sharing best practice.
Keep abreast of the latest design industry software & print developments, ensuring that they are appraised and implemented as appropriate.
Have strong competitor and industry awareness across roles of responsibility (multimedia graphic design, advertising, video, photography) in order to compare against use of the LV= Broker brand, and identify opportunities or gaps in the market
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand the business strategy, plan and deliver effective creative designs.
Use video and audio equipment to record, edit and produce high quality videos in line with the brand style and that deliver business messages.
Be competent at taking reportage event photography as well as portrait photography as the business requires.
Produce creative concepts for marketing & advertising campaigns (online and offiline media) and work with stakeholders to develop final designs that meet business objectives.
Capture, track and analyse key MI in order to review performance, ensure targets are met and make recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
Own / support and deliver Marketing business projects as required
Day-to-day print & budget management, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in order to get the best value, results and consistency for LV= Broker.
Deliver LV= Broker marketing promotional merchandise activities.
Contribute to the management of work flow to meet the requirements of the business so that time, cost and quality requirements and met and exceeded.
