As the Senior Business Intelligence Project Manager you'll be an integral part of the Business Change BI team supporting our Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence (BICOE). Within the remit of this role, you will be required to shape MI projects: owning the plan and delivery of changes on behalf of the sponsor. You'll also understand and manage the impacts of other projects within the existing BI systems portfolio. This means, you’ll drive the implementation of complex and long term business plans, within our Direct, Broker and Non Operational divisions by supporting and managing the development, implementation and user adoption of reporting solutions, thus ensuring change is sustainable, measurable and successful.
You'll join a dynamic team that are ahead of the curve, introducing new technologies for LV=GI and the BI sector as a whole. This is a great opportunity to bring your own stamp on a vital department to the future of our business!
What are we looking for?
You'll bring an impressive track record of strategic vision and hands-on project management experience, ideally within insurance or wider financial services. With your experience in managing Business Intelligence (BI) or Management Information (MI) projects, you'll be best placed to PM our BICOE teams.
As we're making our business future-fit, any of your experience of Azure Cloud Technologies, and work within Agile methodologies would be a great plus to your application, so make sure you celebrate that on your CV. As a successful Project Manager in finance/insurance, you'll have commercial acumen coupled with outstanding communication skills. You'll be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at every level of a business, and the confidence and credibility to share your vision with senior managers and the exec board.
