LV=GI are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our family of accomplished people in the Broker Marketing team. What are we looking for?
You will have a strong digital marketing background with 5 years' experience and be qualified to A level standard or have relevant business experience.
You will have a professional and can-do attitude and be strategic and commercially minded with a focus on finding solutions to get the best results.
Experience with digital analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, Decibel is required
You will have experience with Dotdigital or equivalent email marketing platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Content Management Systems e.g. Sitecore, WordPress
You will have experience delivering virtual events using platforms e.g. MS Teams, GoToWebinar, WebEx, Swap Card or equivalent
You will have ability to build strong internal/external stakeholder relationships and confidence to take ownership of key responsibilities along with a passion to promote our digital marketing strategy forwards.
What will you be doing?
Contribute to the development and delivery of the B2B LV= Broker marketing strategy.
Maintain and develop existing/new digital channels and technology for internal/external engagement.
Technical expertise of building email campaigns, surveys, landing pages and training new Broker Marketing team starters on email platform (Dotdigital or equivalent).
Maximise use of data available within the business including our CRM system (Salesforce) to:
enable the enrichment of our contacts to personalise email campaigns
target engagement to strengthen relationships and ensure business growth
Manage and deliver digital solutions for virtual engagement events, defining technical requirements and executing delivery.
Manage the performance of our digital channels using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Decibel and Dotdigital: set KPI’s/benchmarks and analyse trends, user journeys and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage the Digital Marketing Assistant making sure work is delivered and their development is supported.
Be the SME for Broker Marketing for our CRM system (Salesforce): maximising the value of the CRM to the Marketing team by suggesting requirements, changes and requests. Help the Broker team use our CRM system effectively.
Contribute to GI-wide and GI Broker digital projects and initiatives on behalf of Broker Marketing, making sure the needs of the brokers are at the heart of digital developments.
Maintain a keen awareness of new tech and the opportunities it presents, ensuring best practice and delivering new solutions to drive forward the marketing strategy and increase broker engagement.
Develop and maintain best practice within the team in all digital areas.
Proactively manage day-to-day relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
