About the role

When customers call our contact centre about a claim, it’ll be you that they speak to. And it’ll be your friendly, attentive telephone manner which will instantly put them at ease. Doing everything in your power to meet their needs, you’ll enjoy the fact that no two calls are the same, as you take responsibility for your own caseload and become the ‘go to’ person for customers. One day, you’ll be investigating recovery and fraud cases, the next having a say in liability discussions or arranging vehicle recoveries. We all know that excellent customer service stands out a mile, which is why you’ll pride yourself on treating every case individually, from start to finish, always working to the LV= quality standards.
You love nothing more than a satisfied customer. So, when it comes to your own customers and cases, you’ll believe in providing nothing but the best service. This role is all about relationships. Strong, lasting and beneficial ones, that work hard for the customer. Luckily, you’re the kind of person who builds rapport with people quickly, and has a good way with words along with strong negotiation skills. We would like to see some claims experience, but it’s your proactive and professional nature that matters the most. And rest assured, there’s plenty of room to grow as we continue to do the same.
This role is due to start on Monday 8th April 2019. Due to the nature of the role's training period we ask that no holiday to be taken within the first 6 weeks of successful candidates starting with us.
This role is for 35 hours a week working on a rota basis Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm and roughly 1 weekend day in 3 which will be between 9am-5pm.
