About the Role
To help us with our digital transformation programme, we’re looking for a talented and experienced UX Researcher to assist in this programme of work.
You’ll face this exciting challenge head on and be responsible for managing all aspects of UX research. This includes leading both formative and summative research where you’ll select appropriate research methods, facilitate research sessions and deliver research outputs.
You’ll help us develop our user-centric culture and play an integral role in shaping our new and current digital products. We are looking for an organised individual with lots of initiative to design and deliver research studies within an Agile environment. This will include running a programme of in-house user testing, facilitating remote user testing, designing surveys and collaborating with our Systems Thinking team to gather insights from across the business. You’ll be responsible for analysing both qualitative and quantitative research, and presenting your findings back project teams to improve the customer experience.
The role will require the successful candidate to operate flexibility across Bournemouth and London (Croydon), therefore travel is required once per week.
You’re likely to be in a UX Consultant, Senior UX Researcher role or similar. It’s essential that you have UX research experience (especially in user testing), with key skills in critical thinking and analysis to evaluate findings and translate these into insight and recommendations. You’ll therefore have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to present findings concisely and effectively to stakeholders.
As you’ll be going into the homes of our research users it’s expected you’ll be a professional and trusted individual, as you’ll be a Brand Ambassador for LV=.
You enjoy working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other digital professionals. You’re equally comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Ideally, you’ll have worked within a digital product environment either agency or client-side. If you have any experience within financial services that would be seen as advantageous.
