About the role
We are looking for successful and talented Retirement Consultants across the UK to work with a panel of selected intermediaries with the responsibility to develop business and generate profitable revenue for LV=.
Through focused activity of telephone and face to face meetings your role will be to influence and increase awareness of our award winning Retirement Product suite, which includes our Personal Pension, Investment Bond, Fixed Term Annuity and Drawdown.
Being an LV= brand ambassador, you’ll ensure the right customer outcome is provided from our LV= Retirement Solutions Products and continue to build on our strong position within the Intermediary market place.
Whilst working to agreed quality sales targets, you’ll also keep on top of the newly developing pensions market, provide accurate management information to help shape and influence our future business plan, and ensure all activities are compliant within the regulatory guidelines.

You’ll have Financial Services intermediary sales experience and knowledge of pensions, with a successful track record of achievement in your current role.
You’ll be familiar with promoting, influencing and increasing knowledge of a broad range of financial solutions and it goes without saying that you have a strong moral sales culture about you.
Working from home and within your panel area, you will organise and manage your own workload whilst having the support of the Pensions Sales team. You’ll be highly motivated, ambitious and self-driven to quickly build credibility and business within your panel. You’ll also have the energy, passion and enthusiasm to match ours. Above all, you’ll demonstrate excellent sales presentation, pitching, negotiation and influencing skills.
Working in our award-winning Sales team, you’ll build solid relationships with advisors and colleagues as you promote our industry-leading, ever-evolving products. You’ll make a valued contribution to the organisation – and we’ll make sure you’re well-rewarded.
