Here at LV= we pride ourselves on rewarding our people all year round. From the little things like random desk-drop acts of chocolate kindness to our Academies which enable employees to take their careers in the direction that they want them to go, we put a lot of effort into making sure that people’s hard work is recognised. Here are 10 of the many ways that we look after each and every one of the people that work here.

Sweet surprises! What better way to kick off a working day than arriving to a sweet treat on your desk? Throughout the year, we surprise everyone who works at LV= numerous times by dropping off a little gift on their desk – and you can check out our Facebook page to see our latest treats.

Tailored training and progression. When it comes to career growth, we don’t just talk the talk. We have a broad range of initiatives in place to help people be the best they can be and progress in the way that they want to go – from our Academies and coaching to support with professional qualifications.

The option to buy and sell extra holiday. Need a bit of extra time off? Left with too much annual leave? On top of a generous holiday allowance, we give you the option to buy and sell additional holiday.

Your ideas can win prizes! Through MyRecognition, everyone can submit ideas which are then put forward for a financial award. Here, employees can also recognise and thank one another by sending a nice e-card.  It’s a system dedicated to recognition – and it works really well for us.

Awards, awards, awards. Throughout the year, we have different internal awards where teams are treated to a night of glitz, glamour and golden awards to reward people’s hard work.

We LV= to party. As well as our annual Christmas party, we normally have a range of other celebrations throughout the year. Basically, any excuse for a good get-together…

A unique working culture. What’s working at LV= like? It’s hard to put into words and different for everyone but one thing that people always agree on is that it’s supportive, fun and friendly. Emma from our Croydon office loves it because it’s an ‘opportunity to be yourself’ whereas others love how people treat one another like family.
