“I’ve worked at LV= for two-and-half years on the Equity Release team. In these two years I’ve had the chance to be trained on every aspect of the product to a fully competent level. “I work as a CSR and Line Trainer for the Contact department. I enjoy working for LV= because there is always something new to learn and the atmosphere is really encouraging and positive. My day to day work varies, from putting training plans together for the team, taking phone calls, processing standard work to supporting the team with their work.” Clare Kelly, CSR on Pensions Admin

You could be given one of several tasks that plays an important role in the customers’ journey; from processing a new client’s application to investing their money. LV= is a great place to work; it has a friendly atmosphere with colleagues who are always willing to help and provide support if needed. Managers are always there to ensure you are happy with what you have been asked to do and are keen to push and challenge you to make sure you are always learning something new – whether it be a new task or process which makes the day more varied.
