Sponsored by the senior actuarial managers, our Actuarial Academy is designed to offer a helpful structured pathway to actuarial qualification and to support ongoing development, both before and after qualification.
Our Finance Academy supports both the recruitment and retention of great professionals and the development of expert knowledge, skills and capabilities.
The overall aim of the academy is to give Customer Service Representatives more experience and knowledge in an area that's often seen as the natural next career step – Claims. Successful applicants undertake a 15 week placement with Claims where they'll work to improve their technical claims skills. This will be hands on experience, essentially 'doing the job'.
