Say hello to our communications teams. Covering everything from media relations and government affairs, internal communications, events and dialogue with members, we like to think of this brilliant team as the voice of LV=. Reflecting our distinctive brand and tone of voice, they make sure that our stories are told in the best possible way and reach wide-ranging audiences. In essence, they communicate everything about our company and are ambassadors of our brand. A big job, absolutely. But a constantly exciting, important and fast-moving one, that never fails to bring vibrant new challenges and opportunities.
This talented team plays a pivotal role in sharing all the exciting things happening here, making sure that we’re being seen in the most positive light. In an organisation moving as rapidly as ours, there’s plenty of variety in our communications teams. The work covers everything from creating engaging content and integrated communication campaigns to reacting to the political agenda and ensuring our people are as up to date as possible on company or industry news.
While maintaining LV=’s reputation, the function has built up a great one of their own and is widely recognised as one of the best communications teams around. The team has great relationships - with journalists, external stakeholders and people across LV=. Collaborative and creative, they’re well-known for making LV= famous and generating great levels of employee engagement.
