Financial transactions are at the heart of our business and our Finance function is fundamental to the LV= success story.  Controlling, enabling and reporting on business performance, their work is crucial to the smooth running of our operations. Whether you work in reporting, reconciling, tax, business partnering, accounting, processing payments or analysis, you’ll enjoy exposure to high profile business projects and plenty of interesting challenges and responsibilities. Finance isn’t seen as a back office function here and we encourage people in this impactful area of the business to build strong relationships across the organisation.

You’ll have the chance to liaise with a range of colleagues across the business – from those dealing with customers to the Board – and your advice and input will be highly valued. You’ll also be able to get involved in both the Life and General Insurance business, bringing your expertise to business operations and future initiatives.

We’re passionate about continuous innovation and we’re constantly looking for ways that we can improve processes and systems in Finance to make things more efficient and effective. Joining us, we’ll give you the tools to do the best job possible and we have a number of programmes in place to ensure that you get the most from your career. We’ll invest in you from day one and our dedicated Finance Academy will support you to develop your knowledge and skills, step up and benefit from any opportunities that arise. The Academy provides a range of initiatives for all individuals, whether you’re fully qualified or still studying. These include a fully funded scheme for qualifications, time off for courses and regular internal CPD sessions. Here, you’ll be challenged as you enhance both your financial and commercial skills, working in a collaborative culture where people achieve great things and have fun along the way!
