With some 6,000 people working at LV= across the nation, this is no small responsibility but a hugely rewarding challenge.
Our full service HR function spans Resourcing, HR Support, Business Partners, Learning and Development, Internal Communications and Rewards. Working collaboratively, these teams make sure that our people are at the centre of the LV= agenda and feel engaged and motivated to deliver business priorities.
The structure of the function means that everyone in this area is empowered to drive strategy forward and add value to the organisation, working as trusted advisors of the business. Brave and future-focused in their approach, our award-winning HR teams are well-respected as thought leaders in the field and our employer brand is renowned.
