Our award-winning Operations and Business Support teams provide invaluable support, expertise and guidance to the organisation. Based across Bournemouth, Croydon, Exeter and Hitchin, our Operations and Business Support teams are pivotal to making sure things run brilliantly. In fact, they’re famous for ‘collaborating for success’ and delivering fantastic benefits to General Insurance and Life Operations functions. From impeccable insight and inspiring training to innovative change initiatives, the diversity and importance of this department’s work make it a great place to develop an exciting and rewarding career.

Operations and Business Support is made up of eight different – but equally important – functions: Business Performance, Business Standards, Customer Excellence, Customer Interaction, Customer Value, Operational Change, Operational Planning and Training. Teams here are responsible for everything from reporting and risk management to planning, putting in place new processes, and training our Sales & Service and Claims teams to deliver the very best customer service.

While each function has its own role to play, they all share a core belief that an engaged workforce goes hand-in-hand with good business performance. Here, it’s all about doing great things for colleagues and customers. With a people-first culture, there’s a real buzz across these teams as they partner with business areas to provide vital and valued support, insight and guidance.

While most of our Operations and Business Support teams are based in Bournemouth, Croydon, Exeter and Hitchin, we do have professionals based in some of our other offices across the UK.
