Core benefits

  • Pension plan: A contributory pension plan where LV= will pay twice the amount you pay into your account - up to 14%. More details.
  • Annual bonus scheme: Bonus based on company and personal performance.
  • Annual holiday: Band A - 24 days paid leave annually, increasing with service up to 28 days. Band B - 26 days paid leave annually, increasing with service up to 28 days. Bands C, D and E - 30 days.
  • Group Income Protection: Eligibility for cover is available to LV= people with over five years’ service who are members of the LV= Future Savings Plan.
  • Car allowance: Depending on your role you may be offered a car allowance.
  • Private Medical Insurance: Band C - single cover, D and E - family cover. 
  • Group life assurance: You will receive cover for 4 x your basic pay to your dependants if you die whilst employed by LV=. You’ll have the option to increase your cover up to 8 x your basic salary. 
  • Health assessment: Company funded health assessment every two years (Bands D and E).

  • LV= Doctors Service: Use the LV= Doctors Service mobile app to take the hassle out of arranging GP appointments.
